Sprint Themes and related tickets for Sprint 150:

Partner and Community Support

  • Team attended the ONC Annual meeting in DC
    • Participated in the panel for FHA initiatives/projects representing CONNECT
  •  Team supported VA on a timestamp issue where one of their trading partners were requiring the timestamp to be at the top of the Security element.
    • Based on team analysis, the <Timestamp> element can be placed anywhere within the <Security> element and the responding gateway should be able to read the <Timestamp> element in any order/location. The ordering of the elements with the SAML 2.0 security header is normatively defined by the underlying SAML 2.0 schemas and WS-Security specification. The WS-Security specification/schema doesn't specify/restrict implementer's the order or location of the <Timestamp> element.
  • Team participated in a discussion with CMS esMD related to Real Time and Deferred CAQH CORE X12 transactions workflow.

CONNECT Development

  • Admin GUI Ping utility introduced in Release 4.4.1 had a known issue on WebLogic 12.1.1. The issue was researched and it was determined that modifying the following configuration JAVA_OPTION (-DUseSunHttpHandler=trueconfiguration) fixed the issue. Installation instructions were updated - /wiki/spaces/CONNECT4/pages/17203304

  • Conflicting package spaces in Common-Types and CONNECT-Webservices needed to be renamed to avoid classloader conflicts when deploying CONNECT with Direct; newest versions were uploaded to Sonatype Snapshots repository.

  • Started working on the feature related to managing gateway properties through the System Administration module.

  • Removed unwanted directories under connect\Product\SoapUI_Test in CONNECT source.
  • Created new instances of VMs with email servers to support Direct parallel testing and speed up Direct testing .
    • Created two new VMs in Amazon Cloud
    • Created new certificates for the new Direct domain
    • Configured the two servers (email server, imap server, bind server)
    • Pointed connectopensource.net to the new servers (changes in the domain)
