Sprint 181 Progress Summary

CONNECT 4.6 was released on March 18. The main theme for this sprint was to focus on investigating options as we update the regression/automated environment that is currently in embedded GlassFish to WildFly. The team researched utilizing the Arquillian tool and and was able to execute the validation suite via command line to prove this approach. Doing so required updates and creation of a new Junit test ValidationSuiteTest.java for the ConnectValidation Suite, which is responsible for running test cases from the ConnectValidation-soapui-project. The output for the SOAP tests showed the that the SOAP tests passed with no failures indicating Arquillian could be a possible option; however JUnit test updates would need to be considered from an effort perspective. The team will continue researching other options next sprint.
