Proposed Themes:
- Support the May 21st CONNECT User Group Meeting; George Washington University
- Final testing ticket for Java 6 & Java 7 Support
- Testing on Solaris/ SPARC operating system
- Multi-Specification Identification for QD/RD
- Complete development for responding messages
- Begin development for initiating messages
- Run HealtheWay certification pilot test cases for a vendor gateway
- Fix MTOM issue
