This documentation will be to support the community using older versions of CONNECT or adopters using newer versions of the CONNECT that do not want to apply the updated EAR and redeploy.

Document very clear step by step instructions (off of what is already documented in the installation instructions) to setup the internal connection XML file (internalConnectionInfo.xml) to override any settings obtained from the eHealth Exchange UDDI server.

Also detailing that this file is also located in the NHINC_PROPERTIES_DIR. Endpoint URL connection information and will take precedence over the connection information in the uddiConnectionInfo.xml file.

The adopters should be able to understand clearly how to:

• Create and setup internalConnectionInfo.xml

• Best ways to update and edit entries

• Ensure it is used for connection information rather than the UDDI retrieval
