Adapter Changes Required to Use CONNECT

Current CONNECT (CONNECT 4.0 and beyond) adopters who use the Administrative Distribution, Document Submission, and Document Query services or any of the MsgProxy (aka NhincProxy or Passthru) interfaces will need to update their adapters.
