Sprint 132 Progress Summary
May 19 - June 2, 2014
Executive Summary
Overall Status
Sprint status is fine and most of the themes below were worked upon and accomplished, however the team was not able to complete all the tasks for the sprint. This was due to a couple of reasons - more research than earlier anticipated for the Direct web services integration to support multiple application servers; additionally, the team was constrained due to some unplanned time off.
The Product team prioritized the following themes and tasks for Sprint 132 comprising 28 points. These themes included -
- Community support (VA 4.2.1, OHT, Forums)
- Continue new feature development for Admin GUI with Role based access, Framework finalization, demo preparation (Demo prep was not completed, moved to next sprint)
- Continue new feature development for Direct enhancements to include testing Trust Bundles and creating test artifiacts, participating in Direct Connect-a-thon, multi- application support.(Research for multi-app support and completion, moved to next sprint)
- Research and requirements gathering for CMS/X12 support.
The team pulled in a few tickets(6) this sprint as the team was blocked on some of the Direct related tickets.
The team completed 11 tickets totaling 25 points this sprint. 7 tickets(14 points) were not completed and will be moved over to the next sprint.
