Sprint 32 Progress Summary

Summary

Sprint status is mixed. Due to unexpected delays in the completion of Admin GUI features, Admin GUI testing was not completed this sprint. Additional findings during the course of RC1 release testing require some code fixes that will delay the creation of RC2. HSTS header requirements will also delay the completion of release requirements by an expected two weeks.
