Configurable Webservice Registry

CONNECT can download webservice registry from both UDDI and FHIR STU3 compliant directory.This is configured through two elements in exchangeInfo.xml: 

• type → Exchange type is a mandatory element. For configuring webservice registry use either uddi or fhir as type value
• url → url for downloading the webservices endpoints during a exchange refresh or a scheduled download
