Overall Status

Sprint status is good. The team encountered some unplanned infrastructure maintenance that impacted completion of all themes identified for the sprint.

The Product team pointed and prioritized the following themes and tasks for Sprint 105 comprising 15.5 points. 0.5 points were added(CONN-367) and 3 points(CONN-317) were moved out as the team had to address some infrastructure maintenance tasks that were higher priority. The points committed were 13. The team completed 8 out of the total 13 points committed for the sprint.

  • 4.1 Release
    • CONNECT 4.1 released on April 10 2013 – Release overview page – CONNECT 4.1 Overview
      • JBoss Application Server Support 
      • Continuous Integration and Code Base Improvements --Significantly increased automated test case coverage and build process 
      • Additional Improvements --For important issues resolution, see Release Notes for details 
      • CONN-355/357 – CONNECT not sending organization-id attribute statement in SAML header – necessary for certification testing  
    • Note - Support for CONNECT 4.0 is deprecated - all users are encouraged to target 4.1 for new adoption and upgrades.
  • 4.2 Release
    • Java 6 Support 
      • CONN-363 – Update codebase to use Java 6 
      • CONN-365 – Push CONNECT libraries built with Java 6 to maven central
    • Design for QD and RD multi-spec enhancement related to specification version identification
